I purchased my first Toker the summer of ’75 at Dirt Cheap, a record store, head shop in Lincoln Ne. it was just a “Toker” = no carb. When Toker ll came out. I bought one immediately, cuz it had a carburater you had to pop the stem out of the old ones to clear that wonderful smoke. I loved that bomg for 28 yrs, it went through 2 wives. 3 children, and had gottrn me off 1000’s of times, till my now ex=wife screamed at me one day “You love that damn bomg more than you do me!” and smashed it on the tile floor in our newly remodeled kitchen. I didn’t bother to disagree with her, and the only thing that survived was the stem. I took that stem, and made my own bongs for quite afew yrs (using diamond drill bits and a pint Makers Mark bottle works pretty good) but they just aren’t a Toker ll !. When I found them omline, they’re making the toker again – YES! I bought a new one immediately, even though my first Toker was only $20, and my first Toker ll only $22. I thought I could afford the $100 in my old age , cuz I’m smarte now, and don’t have a bong smashing ex-wife anymore! Curt
